Terms And Conditions (Chikim Premium Membership)

1. Company Rights

The company reserves the right to:

Change or update plan rules,bonus rates,eligibility criteria,and internal procedures when required.
Suspend or terminate membership in cases of fraud,false information,misconduct,or policy violation
Reject any suspicious or doubtful claims or transitions

2. Non-Transferable Membership

Membership is personal and cannot be transferred to another person without a written application and approval from the office

3. Complaint Handling

All complaints will first be handeled through the internal resolution process and office enquiry.

4. Payment Disputes

The final decision on all matters rests with the authorized management of the Company.

5. Payment Disputes

In case of any payment dispute,members must provide:

An official receipt with authorized signature for cash payments, and
Valid digital transaction proof for online payments.

6. Member Conduct

Members must follow all policies and maintain respectful behaviour with company staff at all times.

7. Applicable Charges

Applicable charges may be lived for KYC processing,SMS alerts,as per company policy.

8. Jurisdiction

Any legal matters,if unavoidable,shall fall under the jurisdiction of the company's registered operational area.

9. Binding Decision

All decisions made by authorised Company management shall be final and binding on members

10. System and Technical Errors

In case of system or calculation errors the company reserves the right to correct records and adjust balances accordingly.

11. Responsibility for Passbook

Members are responsible for the safety of their passbook or membership ID.Misuse by others due to negligence will be the member's responsibility.

12. Member Awareness Responsibility

Members are responsible for understanding scheme details before enrolment. Claims of misunderstanding after joining may not be accepted and may be considered as negligence.

13. Voluntary Acknowledgement

Members understand that all financial plans are suject to policy rules and agree not to make claims beyond the stated benefits.

14. Acceptance Rule

By enrolling as a member,you agree to follow all company rules,policies,procedures,and future amendments issued from time to time.
