1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) and Chikim Enterprises Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By downloading, installing, registering, or using the Chikim Group mobile or web application (“App”), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, you must not access or use the App.

2. About the App

The Chikim Group App is a proprietary digital platform operated by the Company to facilitate customer engagement, membership services, KYC verification, and access to financial information from verified third-party partners.

We do not directly lend, take deposits, or manage investments. Any financial products displayed are offered solely by authorized and regulated third-party institutions.

The App is intended for lawful use in India and may not be used where prohibited by law.

3. Eligibility

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction.
  • Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
  • Provide true and verifiable information during registration and KYC.
  • Not be restricted from using digital financial services under any law.

The Company reserves the right to refuse or revoke access at its discretion.

4. Account Registration and Verification

  • Registration requires a valid mobile number and may include KYC verification using government-approved documents (Aadhaar, PAN, Voter ID, etc.).
  • You authorize the Company and its verified partners to collect and process your information solely for lawful purposes, including verification and compliance.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account.
  • Notify us immediately at chikimgroup@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
  • The Company may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, fraudulent activity, or KYC non-compliance.

5. Services and Features

The App provides, among others:

  • Customer Management: View and manage your digital profile and membership details.
  • Loan and FD Overview: Access information from regulated partners (the Company does not issue or guarantee loans).
  • Membership Plans: Subscribe to premium features subject to payment terms.
  • Payment Processing: Handled by secure PCI-DSS-compliant gateways (e.g., Razorpay).
  • Support: In-app helpdesk and ticketing.

All features are provided “as available” and may vary by location or platform.

6. Membership and Payments

  • Payments are processed only via authorized gateways; we do not store payment credentials.
  • Successful payment confirmation is required before access to paid services.
  • If auto-renewal is enabled, recurring charges will continue unless canceled before renewal.
  • Fees and plans may change prospectively.
  • Refunds, if applicable, are handled under gateway and Company policies.

7. Third-Party Integrations

The App integrates with third parties such as:

  • Payment gateways: Razorpay and others.
  • Identity verification APIs: Aadhaar, PAN, and KYC services.
  • Cloud providers: Google Cloud for hosting and image verification.
  • Communication partners: Fast2SMS and related services.

Each third-party operates under its own policies. We are not liable for errors, downtime, or losses caused by third-party services.

8. Data Protection and Privacy

We comply with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Collected data includes:

  • Identification and KYC information
  • Contact details (email, phone)
  • Device and usage information
  • Transaction metadata

We use this data strictly for verification, service delivery, and security purposes.
We do not sell or rent personal data.

9. User Obligations

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current information.
  • Use the App only for lawful purposes.
  • Avoid tampering, reverse-engineering, or interfering with the App.
  • Comply with all KYC and data-protection laws.
  • Take responsibility for all actions under your account.

Violation may result in suspension or termination.

10. Intellectual Property

All software, design, graphics, text, and content in the App are owned by Chikim Enterprises Private Limited.
You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without written consent.
Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App and its features are provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
You use the App at your own risk.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The Company and its employees are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
  • We are not responsible for failures of third-party services.

13. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You breach these Terms or applicable law,
  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected, or
  • Required by regulators.

You will lose access upon termination, and we may retain data as required by law.

14. Updates and Modifications

We may release updates or modify features without prior notice.
Use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
All disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Churachandpur, Manipur, India.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

17. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, or government actions.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full effect.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Chikim Enterprises Private Limited regarding your use of the App.
They supersede all prior communications or understandings.

20. Service-Specific Terms

Certain services offered through the Chikim Group App, such as Fixed Deposits, Loans, and Memberships, are governed by additional service-specific terms and conditions.
